Union Homes Real Estate Investment Trust (UH REIT), a closed-ended Fund primarily involved in acquiring investment properties which are held for capital appreciation has released its statement of comprehensive income for the period ended 31 March 2021 with total income rising to N148.598 million from N142.509 million in Q1 2020.

The bulk of the income in Q1 came as rental income at N125.406 million from N118.436 million in Q1 2020.

The fund’s net income rose by 3% to N102.249 million from N99.274 million in Q1 2020.

Among the company’s investment properties include those at Macdonald, Ikoyi; Sapara Williams, Ikoyi; Olusegun Aina ; Mike Akhigbe, Abuja ; Sinari Daranijo ; Parkview, Ikoyi ; Rumens, Ikoyi ; Michael Olawale, Lekki; and Apo Dutse, Abuja
