President Muhammad Buhari has approved the appointment of Capt. Rabiu Hamisu Yadudu as the new managing director of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).
Capt. Yadudu takes over from Mr. Saleh Dunoma.
According to a statement by the spokeswoman for FAAN, Mrs. Henrietta Yakubu, Yadudu whose appointment takes immediate effect is an International Civil Aviation Organisation-(ICAO) and Airport Council International (ACI)-accredited professional, who, until the new appointment, was the director of airport operations in FAAN
He also holds professional certifications in avionics, airport safety management systems, airport security management and air transport systems management, among others.
